Delete your Paddiq account

You can delete your Paddiq account and everything in it at any time, from the app or from this page.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Paddiq and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
3. Type delete, then tap Delete my account.

It happens straight away and cannot be undone. Want a copy first? Settings → Export my data gives you a file with everything on your account.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in
• Every vehicle, with its service records, parts and notes
• Your receipts and vehicle photos, the files themselves
• Your AI conversations, diagnostic plans, job plans and reports
• Your usage records and any answers you reported

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: deleted data can remain in database backups for a short time before they are overwritten.
• Crash reports: kept by our crash-reporting service until its standard retention removes them, measured in weeks. They never contained your email address or garage data.
• Server logs: kept for days, on our hosts' standard schedule.

Nothing is kept for any other purpose. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

Can't open the app?

Send a request below from the email address on your account. We reply to that address to confirm the request is really yours, then delete the account and tell you when it is done, within 45 days and usually far sooner.
