What to expect

A person, not a queue: Paddiq is one developer. Nothing here is answered by a bot and nothing is routed to a support tier.
Privacy requests: Send it from the address on your account. That is how we confirm a request is really yours, and it is the fastest route to an answer. We reply within 45 days, and usually far sooner.
Deleting your data: You do not need us for that. Account deletion and per-item deletion are both in the app, immediate, and do not require asking anyone.
Bugs: What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Those three lines are worth more than a screenshot.
